Guided by Aaron Hill, a skilled musician, certified mindfulness and meditation instructor, and stretching and flexibility coach, this experience provides a structured yet flexible method for emotional and physical well-being. As a dedicated self-care accountability partner, Aaron not only guides participants through each session but also actively practices alongside them, serving as a supportive "mental and physical fitness gym buddy" to help maintain motivation and consistency throughout the process.

Participants will benefit from a daily five-part self-care regimen aimed at promoting emotional, physical, and mental equilibrium. This holistic approach encourages balanced and successful days by cultivating mindfulness and relaxation techniques in a succinct and accessible format.

ABOUT THE APP AND SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS

Registration grants access to features such as progress tracking and offline synchronization. The 5M Soulful Self Care app is available for free download; however, access to certain in-app content requires a subscription that activates after a complimentary trial period. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, with no change in pricing upon renewal.
